Founded in 2004, Finland's Labwise is an independent test laboratory for digital TV devices, serving broadcasters, operators and manufacturers. The acquisition allowed Grenoble-based Allegro DVT, a specialist in video compliance test suites and semiconductor video IP, to extend its offering into testing services.
