A subsidiary of the A.G.I.R. association, home healthcare provider Agir à dom opened its capital to financial investors for the first time, with Idia Capital Investissement, Crédit Agricole Alpes Développement and Sofilaro taking a minority stake. The deal notably refinanced the acquisition of OpenHealth Company at the end of 2022.
